Security and login on ligavip
Every account on ligavip starts with a strong foundation: email verification and a secure password. When you first create your account, we send a confirmation link to your email. Click it to verify ownership, then set a password that combines letters, numbers, and symbols.
From Account Settings, you can change your password anytime. We recommend updating it every few months, especially if you share your device with family during holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha. You can also enable two-factor authentication (2FA)—an extra layer that requires a code from your phone when you log in from a new device. This protects you if someone learns your password.
We never ask for your password via email or chat. If anyone claiming to be from ligavip asks, it's a scam. Always log in directly through our app or site.
Profile information and KYC verification
Your profile holds your personal details: full name, email, phone number, and date of birth. We use these to verify your identity and ensure you're of legal age to use our platform. On your first withdrawal or when required by our compliance team, we'll ask you to upload a copy of your ID card and sometimes take a quick selfie for facial verification.
This KYC (Know Your Customer) process takes a few hours. Once verified, your account unlocks full deposit and withdrawal capabilities. Keep your phone number up to date

Account Settings is where you manage all your payment methods on ligavip. You can link DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Each payment method appears as a card in your settings, showing the last four digits and the date you linked it.
To deposit, you select a payment method from this list. To withdraw winnings, you choose where the funds should go. We allow you to link multiple methods for flexibility—if your mobile banking balance is low before a Piala AFF match, you can switch to local payment or your bank account without going through extra verification steps (your KYC covers all linked methods).
You can also remove a payment method from settings if you no longer use it. Just tap the delete icon next to the method. Future withdrawals won't be sent there, but past transactions tied to that method remain in your history for your records.
Push notifications and email alerts
We send notifications to keep you informed: when a deposit arrives, when a withdrawal is processing, when a new game launches, or when there's a special promotion. This reduces the quality of game graphics, disables auto-play video in our app, and compresses images on the account dashboard. Your betting experience stays full-featured, but bandwidth usage drops noticeably.
You can also disable background app refresh for ligavip if it's draining your battery. Push notifications will still arrive when you open the app, but we won't silently sync in the background. These tweaks are especially useful if you play during a long commute or while traveling between cities.
Deposit and withdrawal limits
